Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Madurai for a Field Sales Representative. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying sales leads, developing relationships with clients, and promoting the company's transportation products and services. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. The Field Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills Ability to conduct Market Research and prepare Sales Presentations Time Management, Organizational Skills, and a Results-Driven mindset Proficiency in financial planning or contract negotiation is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on the field Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Prior experience in the transportation or automotive industry is advantageous
