Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly. Conduct A/B testing and utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry. Expertise in managing high budgets and driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms is a plus.
