Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Sonipat, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing lead generation processes, and cultivating strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, negotiating contracts, overseeing account management activities, and contributing toward the overall growth of the business. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships Exceptional Business and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Ability to strategize and execute targeted business growth plans Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation expertise Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in architectural, construction, or related industries is an advantage
