Accountabilities Review, create, and manage purchase requisitions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal financial controls. Act as a key liaison between Service Delivery and Finance teams to validate cost classifications, business justifications, and timing of expenses. Support financial governance by ensuring purchase requisitions align with IFRS principles and organizational procurement standards. Collaborate with international stakeholders to resolve procurement and finance-related queries efficiently and professionally. Monitor multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely processing and prioritization of operational needs. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Assist with identifying discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining strong documentation practices. Requirements Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence interacting with international and UK-based stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently and accurately. Understanding or willingness to learn accounting concepts such as accruals, prepayments, cost categorization, and IFRS principles. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic operational environment. Confidence in identifying issues, raising queries, and escalating concerns appropriately. Experience working in procurement, finance operations, shared services, or purchase requisition processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with ERP systems or purchasing platforms is considered an advantage. Comfortable working in shift-based schedules, including early and late shifts where required.
