Role Description This is a full-time position for a Pre-owned Cars Sales & Sourcing Executive, based on-site in Kochi. The executive will be responsible for sourcing quality pre-owned vehicles, managing customer interactions, driving sales, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring a seamless and professional transaction process. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, identifying potential buyers, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate vehicle conditions, and determine competitive pricing Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members effectively Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and the ability to close deals confidently Knowledge of Procurement processes and strategies for sourcing quality pre-owned vehicles Experience in Recruiting or identifying potential vehicle sellers and building positive relationships Customer service orientation and a results-driven mindset Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Prior experience in sales or the automobile industry is preferred but not mandatory Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
