Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secondary Sales Executive role located in Jammu. The role involves supporting the sales team by managing secondary sales operations and building strong relationships with channel partners. Responsibilities include monitoring stock, assisting with inventory management, ensuring prompt delivery of products, tracking sales performance, and gathering market intelligence. The Secondary Sales Executive will also help execute retail promotional initiatives, provide customer support, and identify opportunities to expand the distribution network. Qualifications Sales and Relationship Management skills, including building and maintaining connections with channel partners and distributors Knowledge of Inventory Management, Sales Reporting, and Order Tracking Understanding of Retail Promotions and Market Analysis Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to travel within designated regions and work collaboratively with diverse teams Experience in the electrical or related manufacturing industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
