At KineticAge, we're committed to empowering older adults to lead active and healthy lives. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive in Bengaluru. The Junior Sales Executive will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and promote the benefits of senior wellness programs. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, presenting tailored program options, managing sales pipelines, maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting in business development activities. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and research to expand the reach of our senior wellness services. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills Proficiency in sales and client acquisition techniques Ability to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity to the needs of senior clients and their families Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple client accounts and outreach efforts Basic knowledge of health, fitness, or wellness-related fields is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
