About the Role
Your Job As a Corporate Card Administration Analyst, you will support the end‑to‑end administration and operations of the corporate card program. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate card issuance, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and reconciliation activities while maintaining compliance, internal controls, and a strong user experience. The role requires ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams. Our Team You will be part of Koch Capabilities India (KCI), providing shared services support to Koch companies globally. The team partners closely with Finance, HR, and Travel & Expense stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant, and customer‑focused corporate card and T&E operations. We focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building scalable processes that support global business needs. What You Will Do Support new corporate card issuance by validating eligibility, approvals, and adherence to internal policies Review and assess card requests using sound judgment to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company guidelines Coordinate directly with corporate card vendors to ensure correct setup, timely issuance, and resolution of operational issues Manage end‑to‑end card lifecycle activities including updates, suspensions, replacements, and closures, especially during employee onboarding and exits Partner with HR, Finance, and Travel & Expense teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth downstream processing Deliver services within defined SLAs, turnaround times, and quality standards, taking full ownership of outcomes Support monthly card remittance and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and transparency Serve as a point of contact for card‑related queries and escalations, applying root‑cause analysis to prevent repeat issues Maintain clear documentation and audit trails in line with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements Identify, recommend, and support opportunities to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve corporate card and T&E processes Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred); Postgraduate degree welcome Experience in Finance Operations, Travel & Expense, or shared services environments Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle issues end‑to‑end Working knowledge of reconciliations, payments, and basic financial controls Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable analyzing data and exceptions Clear, professional communication skills with strong follow‑through What Will Put You Ahead Prior experience with corporate card administration or Travel & Expense operations Hands‑on experience working with corporate card vendors such as Citi, Amex, or similar Experience using SAP Concur or other T&E platforms Exposure to global card programs and multi‑entity or multi‑currency environments Experience supporting audits and maintaining strong documentation and control processes Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
