Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Telecaller specializing in court document translations for law firms and Authorised Officers for Registry (AOR), based in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves generating leads, reaching out to prospects through phone calls, introducing Lekhak's translation services, addressing client requirements, and converting leads into customers. The Sales Telecaller will collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies, track and manage client interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction while consistently achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in telecalling and client engagement. Sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving targets. Knowledge of legal and multilingual documentation or prior work experience in the translation industry or legal sector is advantageous. Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and managing customer data, is preferred. Resilience, a proactive approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
