Role Type : 12 Month Contract Role Summary We are looking for someone who can support Talent Acquisition operations while also contributing to AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives across APAC hiring teams. This role goes beyond traditional interview coordination. Along with managing scheduling and candidate communication, the role will work closely with TA Operations on improving workflows, exploring AI-enabled solutions, and driving operational efficiency. Ideal For Someone With a Mix Of coordination + operations mindset interest in AI / automation curiosity around HR technology problem-solving attitude Key Responsibilities Manage interview scheduling across APAC markets and time zones Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates for smooth interview coordination Deliver strong candidate experience through timely communication Support adoption of tools like MS Bookings, Copilot, AI workflows, and automation solutions Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and improve operational efficiency Support TA Operations projects related to AI, reporting, workflow improvement, and process standardization Maintain scheduling accuracy and operational SLAs Skills Experience Must Have Strong coordination and communication skills High attention to detail Comfortable working with calendars, virtual meeting tools, and operational processes Interest in AI, automation, HR technology, or process improvement Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities simultaneously Preferred Exposure to HR Operations, TA Operations, HR Technology, or Transformation projects Familiarity with MS Bookings, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar tools Tech / Engineering / Analytics educational background is a plus Why Join Exposure to AI-enabled Talent Acquisition practices Opportunity to work on HR transformation initiatives Regional APAC role with cross-market exposure Chance to build and experiment with operational improvements and automation ideas We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
