Job Title: Implementation Specialist – Poultry Farm Management Software Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Implementation Head About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team in delivering cutting-edge poultry farm management software to clients. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and poultry enterprise operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and usage of the software. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients at poultry enterprises to gather, understand, and analyze operational and technical requirements. Translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows. Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including setup, data migration, user training, and go-live support. Conduct client-facing presentations, workshops, and training sessions. Identify potential challenges during implementation and provide timely, effective solutions. Work closely with product and support teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future releases. Document implementation steps, best practices, and issue resolutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, IT Management , or a related discipline. Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to non-technical users. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Familiarity with poultry farm operations or agriculture technology is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or tech support. Knowledge of data management, software configuration, and user training best practices. Experience with SaaS platforms or agriculture-specific software tools.
