About the Role

About the role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern to support our recruitment and HR coordination activities. This role involves candidate outreach, interview coordination, recruitment operations, and assisting with day-to-day HR processes. You will gain hands-on exposure to hiring, stakeholder coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment. What you'll do: Make 60–80 calls per day to candidates for initial outreach, screening, and follow-ups Share job details and explain role requirements to candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates, documentation, and onboarding steps Support end-to-end recruitment coordination and candidate pipeline management Assist with HR operations activities such as documentation, employee records, onboarding coordination, and tracker management Work on MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining hiring and HR data Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and process coordination Who can apply: Undergraduate / Graduate students (HR, Business, or related fields preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with high-volume calling and candidate interaction Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment What you'll gain: Practical exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes Opportunity to develop communication, stakeholder management, and HR coordination skills Hands-on learning in recruitment operations and HR process management Exposure to real-time hiring and employee lifecycle activities
