About the Role Lucio is looking for a Motion Designer to join our Marketing team. We need a creative graduate who is passionate about product storytelling and eager to work with the latest technologies. In this role, you will be the bridge between our AI product and our audience. You will spend your time animating high-end product walkthroughs and experimenting with AI tools to create realistic, commercial-grade video content for our global marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Figma to Motion: Take UI/UX designs from Figma and animate them into polished, smooth Product Walkthroughs. You will show lawyers exactly how Lucio AI works through clear, aesthetic motion graphics. AI Content Generation: Use cutting-edge AI video tools to generate realistic, high- fidelity footage (human characters, professional environments) for our marketing campaigns. LinkedIn Strategy: Create filmmaking-style assets for LinkedIn that position Lucio as a leader in the AI-Legal space. Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion work follows a premium Commercial aesthetic with clean typography and smooth, intentional easing. Professional Sound Design: Elevate product animations and AI-generated films through meticulous sound design blending high-quality SFX, music, and ambient textures to create a polished, commercial-grade audio experience. R&D: Stay curious and updated on the latest AI tools in the market to continuously improve our production quality and speed. Technical Requirements Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio link is mandatory. We are looking for clean design taste and smooth motion. Software Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a must. Figma: Ability to navigate, prep, and export assets from Figma for animation. Mindset: A strong learning-first attitude with a deep curiosity for AI-driven creative workflows.
