Works with the Office Manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of the office, whilst carrying out a range of administrative tasks for the project team/s. You'll be responsible for: Deliver commercial management of subcontract packages, ensuring value and compliance across all activities. Contribute to the procurement of subcontract packages and materials, supporting robust supply chain outcomes. Support the commercial team by administering client and subcontract changes with accuracy and efficiency. Analyse and report on risks and opportunities, contributing to mitigation strategies that protect project margins. Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team, building strong relationships and driving coordinated delivery. Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions. You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree in civil. Experience of projects of a similar nature.
