Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Spanish and/or English-speaking Customer Service Agents, with six openings available. Agents will assist in delivering exceptional customer support to US healthcare clients by managing inquiries, clarifying concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, maintaining records, and building rapport with clients while upholding service quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience Strong abilities in fostering Customer Satisfaction and building customer relationships Excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or English, with fluency in one or both languages Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency with CRM software and support tools is a plus Prior experience in the healthcare or BPO industry is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones Graduate degree or equivalent with a focus on customer service excellence
