Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming and engaging with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, managing appointments, performing receptionist duties, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate services, and promoting spa services and products. The role requires maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships to enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional client experience Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written, for client interaction and coordination Experience in Sales and promoting services or products to clients Ability to manage Receptionist Duties, such as appointment scheduling and client onboarding Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor Prior experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus Proficiency in basic computer operations and appointment management software is preferred Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, wellness, or a related field is advantageous
