The Customer Care Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality support. Building strong customer relationships and communicating effectively are central to this role as it contributes to the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions Ability to manage customer expectations and maintain a customer-focused approach Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background preferred
