Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include preparing tailored proposals, providing product demonstrations, and staying informed on market trends to offer suitable solutions. The successful candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the seamless delivery of services. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, coupled with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets Proficiency in client relationship management and excellent communication skills Basic knowledge of marketing principles and awareness of reward management and corporate gifting practices Familiarity with CRM software and business reporting tools Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic working environments Prior experience in a sales or marketing-related role, particularly in a corporate setting, is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
