Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, preparing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and nurturing customer connections. The role will contribute to expanding Neoperl's footprint across key markets while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development Experience in market analysis, sales strategy development, and achieving sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment Knowledge of the water solutions industry or related sectors is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel as required Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
