About the Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, etc.) Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates against client requirements Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/database Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Negotiate pay rates and obtain candidate confirmations (RTR) Ensure compliance with required documentation (licenses, certifications, background checks) Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring targets Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Utilize job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster effectively for sourcing
