Job Description Your job responsibilities will include, Independently handling international tax (cross border tax issues involving tax treaties) assignments including Expatriate tax planning and compliance With-holding tax advisory and certification Structuring of inbound and outbound investments FEMA advisory and compliance Representation before tax authorities Advice to Corporate on taxation matters Independent Client interface, liaison and relationship Managing a team including qualified accountants Desired Candidate Profile A strong passion and interest for tax 0-2 years of experience in, Income tax compliance, planning and advisory Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing Working knowledge on International tax structuring Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliances Experience in/exposure to FEMA will be an added advantage Proven leadership abilities Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting Very good interpersonal skills Good analytical and process skills Hiring Process Your interaction with us will include, but not be limited to, Technical / HR Interviews Technical / Behavioral Assessments Finally, our people are our most valuable asset; if you agree with us on this, we would love to meet you!
