About NextBit Health NextBit Health is a UK healthcare consulting company helping private clinics across the United Kingdom grow their patients, pass CQC inspections, and improve their digital presence. We work with general practices, dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, and specialist consultants. Our founder has direct UK healthcare experience inside CQC-rated services and supports clinics with social media management, compliance, and operations. We are now looking for our first Sales Outreach Intern to join the team for an intensive two-month training programme, working directly with the founder during UK hours. What you will do You will work alongside our founder for two months learning how to sell B2B services to a sophisticated UK clinical audience. Day to day this means: Researching UK private clinics from the CQC public register, Companies House, and clinic websites Building target lead lists in our CRM and outreach tracker Sending personalised cold emails to clinic owners and practice managers Making cold calls to UK clinics during UK business hours Booking discovery calls into the founder's Calendly Following up with warm leads on email, LinkedIn, and phone Sitting in on discovery calls to learn how the founder closes Maintaining clean records of every contact, response, and outcome You will be trained on the UK healthcare market, CQC framework basics, the social media services we sell, our brand voice rules, calling scripts for different clinic types, and objection handling. By the end of two months you should be comfortable representing a UK consulting business to UK clinic owners. Who we are looking for You are a strong fit if you have: Excellent spoken and written English. You must be comfortable holding a professional telephone conversation with a senior UK clinical audience Strong written English with no grammar or spelling mistakes A genuine interest in healthcare, business, or sales as a long-term career Resilience for cold outreach, including handling rejection on calls Willingness to work UK hours: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday A laptop, reliable internet, and a quiet space for calls A LinkedIn profile that is filled in and professional Background that would help: Sales, BPO, KPO, or call centre experience selling to UK or US customers MBA students or recent graduates in business, marketing, or healthcare Any graduate with strong communication skills and a hunger to learn You do not need a healthcare background. We will teach you everything about UK healthcare. We do need someone who can hold a professional conversation with a senior UK doctor without sounding scripted. Location: Bangalore (Basavanagudi). In-person preferred, or hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote). This is not a remote-only role. What this is not We want to be upfront so we do not waste your time or ours: This is not a salaried role . You earn only when you close. If you cannot afford to spend two months on commission only, this is not the right opportunity for you right now This is not a passive learning internship. You will be expected to make 30 to 50 outreach contacts per day This is not remote-only with no oversight. You will be on calls with the founder during UK hours daily, and we expect you to take that seriously This is not an offshore BPO call centre script-reading job. We sell a premium consulting service.
