About the Role

Location: Hyderabad (On-site / Field-based) Kakatiya Hills/ Madhapur, Hyderabad. Company: Nilah Collective Type: 3-Month Internship Full-Time Conversion The Mission: You are the architect of Nilahs growth. Your job is to ensure that whenever a high-end wedding is planned, a corporate event is curated, or a luxury gift is needed, Nilah Collective is the first name on the list. You aren't just selling products; you are selling the India to the World vision. What Youll Own (The Hustle) The Partnership Pipeline: Identify and tie up with top-tier wedding planners, luxury event organizers, and corporate event planners for commission-based sales. Strategic Outreach: Use LinkedIn, cold-calling, and networking to get through to decision-makers. Youll be the master of the First Impression. Conversion to Closure: Handle the journey from a Maybe to a Signed Contract. Youll manage negotiations and ensure the deal is profitable for both Nilah and the partner. Ad Strategy Insights: Work with the marketing team to tell them exactly what customers are asking for, so they can create high-converting ads based on your real-world feedback. Lead Sourcing: Actively scout for new markets, corporate gifting seasons, and international partnership opportunities. Skills Were Looking For The Hunter Instinct: You don't wait for leads to come to you. You find them, vet them, and close them. Eloquent Communication: You can switch between a professional LinkedIn pitch and a high-energy in-person meeting with ease. Data-Driven: You know how to use Google Sheets or a CRM to track your Conversion Funnel—you know your numbers. Resilience: You view No as Not yet and keep iterating your pitch until it sticks. Basic Performance Marketing Knowledge: Understanding how leads are generated through ads is a huge plus. The Lucrative Part: Pay & Growth Internship Stipend: 14,000 / month. The Upside: 3%- 5% Uncapped Commission on every successful partnership/bulk order closure. Example: Close a 2 Lakh wedding gifting order You walk away with a 6,000 - 10,000 bonus on top of your stipend. Full-Time Conversion: 4.5L – 6L CTC (Fixed + Variable Sales %) upon successful completion of the 3-month internship. Timings: 10 AM to 6PM, Full time, in office (Kakatiya Hills location) Who we are looking for: Ideal Candidate: A BBA/MBA student or grad who didn't just study sales, but actually ran college fests or a side business. Preferred Degree: BBA / MBA candidates (especially those who held leadership roles in college clubs or placement cells). Any Graduates with interest and willing to learn are free to apply.
