Role Description We are looking for a dedicated Hiring Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Bahadurgarh. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. You will also be responsible for upholding company hiring policies to ensure a positive and inclusive recruitment process. Qualifications Recruitment and hiring expertise, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview coordination Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with candidates and teams Organizational and planning abilities to manage recruitment processes and meet hiring targets Familiarity with onboarding processes and an understanding of human resources best practices Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous Knowledge of the health insurance domain or healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
