Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop and implement strategic sales plans, track performance metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include mentoring and training team members, managing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies and ensure customer needs are met effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in sales planning, team management, and achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in real estate, PropTech, or related industries is a strong advantage
