Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Executive – Monetization, based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include identifying new revenue opportunities, building partnerships, managing client portfolios, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of gated communities. The role involves communicating effectively with potential and existing clients, conducting market analysis, achieving revenue targets, and staying abreast of market trends to fuel business growth. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills Knowledge of community management systems, monetization strategies, and marketplace features Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Experience in market analysis, client portfolio management, and revenue strategy planning Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and detail-oriented approach Proficiency in relevant software tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in real estate, technology, or SaaS solutions is an added advantage
