Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Surat, Gujarat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and driving the adoption of NoBrokerHood's solutions. Daily responsibilities also include reaching out to leads, building relationships with gated society stakeholders, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to close deals. The role also involves understanding customer needs, addressing queries, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations. Proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and client engagement. Experience with tools like CRM software and a good understanding of sales strategies and pipelines. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in technology, real estate, or community management solutions is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
