Payout: 50000 Per Hire Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their talent needs, building sustainable talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. The individual will also stay up to date with industry trends and refine recruitment strategies for optimal outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Candidate Selection processes Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment database management Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and candidate engagement Ability to adapt to client-specific needs and customize recruitment approaches Understanding of market trends within recruitment, executive search, or related areas Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in recruitment in international markets such as USA, UK, or EMEA is an advantage
