About the Role
About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Experience Intern to support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR programs focused on creating a positive and meaningful employee journey. Duration - 6 months to 1 year Key Responsibilities: Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new joiners Help manage employee communication (emails, newsletters, announcements) Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and polls Assist in implementing recognition and reward programs Maintain employee engagement trackers and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for wellness, learning, and culture initiatives Provide administrative support for HR and employee experience programs Manage the Employee Wellness page and initiatives across the organization. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in employee engagement, culture, and workplace well-being Basic knowledge of HR practices (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
