About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and hiring processes while building a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support in drafting and posting job descriptions Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Help with onboarding documentation and joining formalities Provide general administrative support to the HR team Duration: 6 months to 1 year Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
