Apply now Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Catalog Intern to join our e-commerce team. This role will support the creative side of online cataloging by assisting with product listings, A+ content, brand store development, video & banner creation, image quality checks, feedback integration, and overall catalog management. Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end catalog creation, including product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords. Guide and support brands in creating high-quality catalogs and engaging content that aligns with platform standards. Collaborate with design teams to develop A+ Content, brand store layouts, banners, and product videos. Help ensure creative consistency and visual appeal across all product listings. Conduct image and content quality checks (QC) to maintain brand and platform guidelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement improvements across listings. Maintain organized records of catalog data, creative assets, and listing performance updates. Contribute fresh ideas for content development and visual storytelling to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Familiarity with content creation and creative design principles (product banners, A+ pages, etc.). Proficiency in basic Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, data sorting, and formatting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and consistency. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
