Hypothesis: One of India's fastest-growing creator-first influencer marketing agencies, combining data, creativity, and cultural insight to deliver impact-driven campaigns for brands across the globe. OML Talent: OML's legacy business representing over 90+ of the most influential creators, comedians, writers, and storytellers shaping India's entertainment landscape. OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brands. Purpose of the role : Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success. Key responsibilities: Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process. Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums. Effectively screening candidates and evaluating based on telephonic interviews. Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations. Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization. Good with basics of Excel, word and powerpoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
