The Founding Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling the company's core AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include developing backend and frontend applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly systems. Additionally, the engineer will help shape technical roadmaps and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Qualifications Proficiency in backend development with expertise in languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java. Frontend development skills, including experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and model deployment. Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges. Experience with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
