Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverages Associate based in Ilkal. In this role, the associate will oversee daily food and beverage service operations, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food quality and presentation, and support the team in creating a welcoming dining experience. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and assisting with inventory and stock management. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Service, Food & Beverage management, and Culinary Skills Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays Certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage
