Who are we looking for We are looking for young, energetic bright minds to join us in shaping the next-gen of agriculture in J&K. You will work on various pests & diseases that effect orchards, particularly apple. You will work with our Machine Learning Data Scientists to design disease prediction algorithms. You will make regular field visits for study of disease patterns. You will study the co-relation between weather patterns and disease / pest patterns. Key Skills Have 0-3 years of experience. Have basic understanding of fungus & pest life cycles. Have understanding of common diseases effecting apples particularly scab, alterneria etc. Communication Excellent English communication skills in speaking and writing. Willing to learn and share knowledge with others. Ability to work in a collaborative programming environment
