Human Resources Generalist
About the Role
We're looking for the first HR hire for our growing team — someone who can build structure, improve accountability, and create a strong workplace culture from the ground up. This is not a traditional just recruitment HR role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership across people operations and become a key pillar in the company's growth. Role Responsibilities: • Maintaining office discipline and ensuring employee adherence • Conducting daily/weekly performance and review meetings • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes • Handling attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and LOP deductions • Creating HR processes, policies, and reporting systems • Supporting leadership in improving team productivity and accountability What We're Looking For: • Strong communication and people management skills • Ability to handle employees firmly yet professionally • Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in HR operations/recruitment is preferred Why Join Us This is an opportunity to build the HR function from scratch and work directly with leadership in shaping the company culture and operations.
