Role Overview The FP&A Intern will support the Finance team in financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. This role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance tracking, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Location: Gurgaon, India Duration: 6 months Type: Full-time / Onsite What You'll Do Assist in monthly financial reporting and preparation of management decks Support budgeting and forecasting cycles (monthly / quarterly) Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and highlight key drivers Work on revenue and cost analysis , including tracking key business metrics (ARR, margins, etc.) Help build and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems (ERP / BI tools) Collaborate with business teams to understand drivers of performance Assist in automation and improvement of reporting processes (Excel / SQL / BI tools) Required Skills Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, basic modeling) Basic understanding of financial statements and finance concepts Analytical mindset with attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights Good to Have Exposure to financial modeling / valuation concepts Familiarity with SQL / BigQuery / BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, gross margin What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in FP&A and business finance Exposure to a high-growth fintech environment Opportunity to work on real business problems and influence decision-making
