Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Employee specializing in insurance policies, located in Hindaun. The role involves promoting and selling insurance policies, assisting customers in selecting appropriate coverage, and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of sales and client interactions. Qualifications Solid expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively resolve client concerns and inquiries Proven Sales acumen with goal-driven performance in meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships Ability to work independently and thrive in an on-site, target-driven environment Prior experience in the insurance or sales industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
