Responsibilities Digital & Social Media Marketing Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and reels of matches, events, and vibes at the facility. Social Media: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages to increase engagement and followers growth. Storytelling: Draft compelling captions and blog posts that highlight the Pickle Roar lifestyle. Business Development & Growth Corporate Outreach: Identify and pitch Pickleball Team Bonding packages to corporate offices and businesses in Gurugram/NCR. Event Sales: Drive bookings for social events, birthday parties, tournaments etc. Daily Bookings: Optimize court utilization by reaching out to local residential societies and clubs. Community Building Professional Networking: Act as the face of Pickle Roar for business professionals visiting the facility. User Experience: Gather feedback from players to improve court services and the cafe experience. Partnerships: Collaborate with local influencers, fitness coaches, and sports brands for cross-promotions. What We Are Looking For Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi). Mindset: A hustler attitude.
