About the Role

You'll be developing products for automotive, logistics, energy, construction and strategic sectors. You'll be individually contributing to all stages of development (ideation, design, fabrication, testing, deployment, production) and aligning with all stakeholders (customers to prototyping to factory technicians) to make products successful. Onsite in Gurgaon. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Product Development Specialist specializing in Hardware and Composites. The role involves leading research and development projects to design and test new materials, conducting market research to identify industry needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage product development from ideation to production. Additional responsibilities include performing data analysis to enhance material performance and preparing progress reports for stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Research and Development (R&D) experience, including designing and testing innovative materials Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and presenting findings Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Experience in material science, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related discipline
