Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to support the recruitment team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment. The role will be based in Gurugram and will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience and timely closure of positions. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and hiring updates Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process Must-Have Requirements: Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently
