Business Development Assistant
About the Role
Role Summary The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales and market expansion activities. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for deal closure. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and MIS reports. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
