2. Participate in networking events and activities to identify and connect with potential learners.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners and clients.

4. Develop a thorough understanding of Dhee Coding Lab courses and guide learners accordingly.

5. Provide proper counselling and support to help learners choose the right course based on their needs and goals.

6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

7. Follow up with inbound enquiries and carry out outbound outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.

8. Maintain regular communication with existing learners to ensure satisfaction and retention.

9. Recommend suitable course upgrades or additional services based on learner interest and requirements.

10. Negotiate effectively with learners to offer the best possible pricing and close admissions.

11. Maintain accurate and updated learner and lead details in the CRM system.

12. Support internal teams by sharing product knowledge and sales strategies to enhance overall performance.

13. Stay updated with market trends and learner preferences to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
