Key Responsibilities Baseline ResponsibilitiesRoleResponsibility Individual ContributorMaintain adequate billable hours/ applied ratio. Compliance to all project/people management processPeople ManagementResource planning; Internal trainings; KRA, Directional feedback and PIP, Coaching, Interview/Hiring support and Day to day management, IDPsProject ManagmentIs responsbile for following project types: T&M, Task Based projects, Low complexity, Single service, Single bill rates On time delivery, Proposal preparations & Risk Assessments. Project Health monitoring Can own RCAs and Productivity/Continuous Improvements Attend Quality AuditsCommunicationDaily touch points with direct reportees. Regular team meetings to flow down company and immediate organizational communications.Quest Global CultureCulture champion/ambassador: setting a good example for the rest of the team/organization. Be a focal for Quest Global processesCustomer FocusDiscussing Scope and draft SOWs, weekly status reports, progress & quality reviews, change management, CSAT/CSITechnical LeadershipWork with technical leaders to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to team members using IDP, training, competency assessments and coaching. Create environment where Cascading Talent is encouraged.
