Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Associate. The role is field-oriented and involves interacting directly with vendors, building strong relationships, and helping local businesses successfully onboard onto the Quro platform. As a Business Development Associate, you will visit markets and vendor locations, explain Quro's offerings, guide vendors through the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth partner experience. You will also identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to support Quro's growth and expansion goals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with on-ground interactions, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to build trust with vendors and partners. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams Ability to build relationships and onboard vendors effectively Experience or interest in field sales, business development, or vendor acquisition Basic understanding of lead generation and market research Confident in presenting and explaining products/services to potential partners Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-field work Ability to analyze local market trends and identify growth opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in sales, vendor onboarding, or business development is an advantage Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
