Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a F&B Associate / F&B Hostess at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. Responsibilities include providing exceptional food and beverage service, greeting and seating guests warmly, ensuring outstanding customer service, and assisting in maintaining the dining area. The role also involves coordinating with culinary staff to ensure smooth service and addressing guest needs promptly to enhance their dining experience. Qualifications Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations Strong Customer Service skills and an ability to address guest needs effectively Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Basic Culinary Skills and an understanding of food and beverage offerings Attention to detail and a proactive approach to service Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Previous hospitality experience or educational background in hotel management is a plus
