Keeps teams ahead of evolving technology trends and significant industry shifts, ensuring sustained competitive advantage • Maintains and enhances strategic partnerships with business / function leaders, ensuring teams consistently meet and exceed business intelligence requirements, timelines and delivers innovative solutions that drive actionable insights and significant organizational value • Drives multiple teams in developing sophisticated data visualizations, reports, and dashboards. Ensures the highest levels of accessibility and comprehension of data insights for diverse stakeholder groups, integrating feedback for continuous improvement • Design or influences the comprehensive lifecycle management of select business intelligence technologies and platforms. Manages their evolution from inception through upgrades to retirement, ensuring optimal utilization and integration with emerging technologies • Provides business insights that support the strategic positioning of the Business Intelligence function within area managed, overseeing the growth and performance of team members
