We are looking for a Technical Instructor to train students/trainees in technical subjects Mechanical, Electrical and Civil and provide practical knowledge in the relevant field. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on technical subjects Good experiecne in training Electrical, Provide hands-on training related to machinery, equipment, and tools Explain concepts clearly and support trainees in skill development Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments Monitor trainee progress and provide guidance for improvement Ensure practical sessions are conducted safely as per standards Maintain training records and attendance Support placement or project activities, if required Coordinate with management for curriculum and training schedules Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Technical field Experience in training or teaching technical subjects Strong practical knowledge of machines, workshop tools, and operations Good communication and teaching skills Ability to handle students and conduct practical demonstration
