Job Title: US Recruiter (IT & NON-IT roles) Shift Time: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM Indian Standard Time (US shift) Work Location: 4th Floor, COMMERCE HOUSE-3, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site) Total Number of Openings: 5 openings* Salary: Depends on experience (Negotiable)* Benefits: Cab Service (Pick-up & Drop) Best Work Culture, Amazing Staff, Greater involvement Learn from the best people, Formal training programs Regular Monthly Paycheck + Incentives + Bonuses Free Snacks, Tea, Coffee Diverse community Celebrations & Recognitions Job Description / Key Responsibilities: Work as Recruiter supporting US-based staffing clients across IT and/or Non-IT domains Handle end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple requisitions assigned by US staffing partners Understand client-specific requirements, SLAs, priorities, and hiring guidelines Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and referrals Screen and qualify candidates through initial telephonic/video interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and fit Submit candidate resumes as per client/VMS standards Manage and update candidate submissions, interview status, and feedback in ATS/VMS tools Coordinate interviews between candidates and US recruiters/hiring managers Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement and offer acceptance Meet daily sourcing, submission, and interview targets defined under the RPO delivery model Ensure compliance with client policies, data privacy norms, and quality benchmarks Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and high-volume roles Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to internal team leads/managers Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Prior experience with US staffing companies or RPO service providers Hands-on experience working on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven RPO environment Good understanding of IT and/or Non-IT job roles Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills Good typing speed and computer proficiency Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional email etiquette and follow-up discipline Willingness to work US night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) from office Preferred: Hands-on experience using ATS/VMS platforms
