About the Role
We are seeking a Patient support service - Voice to handle customer queries and provide assistance related to healthcare services. The role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA) Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Basic knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminologies (preferred). Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Cognitive and Behavioral Assessment: Traitify – Medium or High Language Proficiency: Emmersion – B1 CEFR score Typing Test: 28 WPM at 100% accuracy Familiarity with CRM software or call center tools (a plus). Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.
